The objective of the Fair Practice Code is to promote good and fair practices by setting minimum standards in dealing with customers, ensure transparency, and enable customers to make informed decisions regarding loan products and services.
Loan application forms include necessary information that affects the interest of the borrower. Customers are informed about the documents required, processing and the timeline for disposal of loan applications.
Loan applications are assessed based on eligibility, income, repayment capacity, credit profile and internal policy. Sanctioned terms, including interest rate and charges, are communicated to the borrower.
Disbursement is carried out as per the agreed terms. Any change in terms and conditions, including interest rates and charges, is communicated to the borrower in line with the loan agreement.
Recovery of dues is conducted in a fair and respectful manner. Orrish Loans does not resort to undue harassment and follows responsible recovery practices.
